Job Overview: GrabJobs is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the installation of plumbing systems in a new resort unit. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and support the installation and testing of hydraulic works on site.
  • Lead multiple teams at different points of the installation.
  • Perform all hydraulic daily duties.
  • Use drawings, technical manuals, and manufacturer literature.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools and instruments.
  • Provide work instructions to assigned crews with detailed technical and work instructions.
  • Prepare material tools and safety precautions for assigned jobs.
  • Ensure quality performance of all assigned work.
  • Prepare and deliver reports that summarize work activity.
  • Create or support installation documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Experience with plumbing system installation: domestic water, drainage, sanitary fixtures, and water heaters.
  • Able to work with drawings, technical manuals, and manufacturer literature.
  • Experience providing work instructions.
  • Experience preparing material tools and safety precautions for assigned jobs.
  • Availability to live in the Bahamas during the project (1 year).

  • Airline tickets (depart and return + holidays to the home country).
  • 1-year contract - can be renewable for the second phase of the project.
