Academic Program Sales Specialist

As a key member of our Lisbon team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our language and academic courses abroad. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership, and share your ideas within a global network of like-minded individuals.

Your key duties will include:

  • Selling our global language and study programs to clients worldwide
  • Processing and qualifying leads through effective telemarketing strategies
  • Taking full ownership of direct sales and achieving sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and students
  • Presenting our programs to students in various locations in Portugal, including fairs and campuses
  • Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for students throughout their study abroad journey with EF

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Portuguese (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience or customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • International experience is highly valued
