Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating learning program logistics, arranging venues, and managing resources.
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities, tracking progress, and evaluating effectiveness.
- Supporting internal stakeholders, including compliance officers, trainers, and trainees, to contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs.
- Assisting team members with administrative tasks, freeing up time for strategic focus.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French (B2) and English (B1).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
