Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Community Manager to join our Demand Generation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in growing and fostering our community while amplifying the Usercentrics brand.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with existing online communities, actively contributing to the formulation, development, and coordination of a dedicated Usercentrics community, and seeking new opportunities to expand our reach and promote our message globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a dedicated Usercentrics community to connect professionals, customers, and thought leaders in the digital marketing and data privacy space.
  • Design strategies to encourage active participation, knowledge sharing, and engagement within the Usercentrics community.
  • Manage community platforms, ensure valuable content is shared, and foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years in community management, and an overall experience in digital marketing, or related roles for minimum 5 years.
  • Experience in the CMS or data privacy space is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse community members, influencers, and thought leaders.
