This is a full-time, permanent position based in Porto, Portugal, and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review user-generated content on social media, forums, and websites
  • Evaluate content against our company's guidelines and standards
  • Identify and remove any inappropriate or offensive content
  • Respond to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement moderation policies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred
