We are looking for a highly skilled Programmatic Media Expert to join our team at Toptalent. As a senior digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative programmatic media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize spend

What You'll Need

  • Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Minimum 2+ years in Digital Marketing Operations, including content, campaign management, and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with digital programmatic buying, using demand-side platforms (DSPs) for large-scale clients
  • Experience working with multiple DSPs is preferred
