**About the Role**

As a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial Transactions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the regional Transaction team as directed by the Regional Lead Counsel, Commercial Transactions. Your primary focus will be on managing legal issues related to trade practices in IT distribution with minimal supervision.

You will counsel and advise management on legal problems in the transactional law area, working closely with local management teams to provide training and guidance. Furthermore, you will participate in or conduct negotiations and transactions on behalf of TD SYNNEX, assisting in the defense of the organization in legal action.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Play an active role as a member of the global legal services team, providing input in the development of policies and implementing initiatives within the Country organization.
  • Advise on legal aspects of TD SYNNEX's business within the country, using sound legal and business judgment.
  • Collaborate with local management teams, global legal services teams, and outside legal counsel in various matters.
  • Communicate and interact regularly with business clients and global legal services teams to deliver high-value added legal services.

**What We're Looking For**

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Qualified and admitted to the practice of law in the UK.
  • Qualified legal degree from certified educational institution required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in the practice of commercial/corporate law required or in-house experience in transactional work.

**Salary Information**

The estimated salary for this position is £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
