About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to co-lead our Camper store in Lisboa; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL, and CARING.

As a Camper Assistant Store Manager, your mission will be to work in partnership with the Store Manager in the execution of all store activities to attain objectives in terms of sales, service, and business growth.

We're counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the team's potential, and oversee all operations of the store to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience Management: Our clients matter. You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with our customers at an omnichannel level.
  • Team Management: Camper people are the key asset at Camper. You will be taking on the role of co-leader within the team, actively participating in the recruitment process, acting as a trainer/coach, and leading by example.
  • Business Results & Efficiency: Optimizing is our ultimate goal. You are required to support the Store Manager in managing the point of sale efficiently, taking business analysis into account.
  • Brand Image: Each store embodies the Company's culture, values, and principles. You will be responsible for Camper brand image towards our customers, aiming to ensure a premium image aligned with the Company's identity and ESG principals.
  • Operational Excellence: In the omnichannel era, operations have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Company's Policies & Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.

About You
You are our perfect match if:
- You are passionate about Retail, in all its shades (in-store and omnichannel).
- You have minimum XX years of experience leading a team.
- You are flexible and available to work full-time.
- You stress the importance of customer centricity and you have a strong omnichannel orientation.
- You have a strong team spirit, great energy, and team management skills.
- You are a great communicator and decision-maker and are highly results-oriented.
- You encourage and promote curiosity, diversity, and collaboration through your innovative mindset.
- You can speak fluent XXX and English. Any additional language will be a plus.
- You have the legal right to work in XXX without requiring visa sponsorship.
