Our team at Strikerz Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Visual Marketing Director to lead our Art Team in creating top-notch marketing materials for AAA projects. With a strong portfolio and expertise in 2D and 3D asset creation, you will be responsible for supervising the Art Team, reviewing briefs, selecting references, providing feedback to team members, and helping artists develop their skills.
We are looking for a professional with at least 3-5 years of experience leading teams and creating assets for AAA projects. Your deep knowledge of creating 2D and 3D assets, as well as your hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 4/5, will be invaluable in this role.
The ideal candidate will also have experience in producing art assets for marketing and an understanding of the basics of advertising production. While not required, a passion for football is a definite advantage.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical insurance, social benefits, sick leaves, remote work options, referral bonuses, sports compensation, and online English classes.
