Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you can expect benefits such as paid annual leave, private health insurance, and a discretionary bonus scheme.
Job Description
As a Transformational Psychologist at Laminar Projects, your primary responsibility will be to work directly with small groups of people, coaching them to assimilate fundamental skills and ensuring their learning process is effective and permanent.
You will also integrate an established group of coaches/clinical psychologists to support everyone in overcoming difficult situations and progressing toward human flourishing.

Responsibilities
- Owning strategically critical projects, supporting cross-functional teams in developing and implementing systems, procedures, and best practices
- Designing and implementing systems and processes to drive business improvement
- Reporting and informing stakeholders through simple actionable reports
- Making scalable solutions and developing best practices
- Maximizing the development of your team personally and professionally
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MA in psychology from a recognized university or college
- Completed a minimum of 200 hours of supervised practicum/internship/clinical experience related to services enumerated in the Psychologist Law
- Certified and Licensed Psychologist
- 5+ years' experience as a full-time therapist
- Extensive experience in CBT techniques and psychopathology
