Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our dryers, fabrics, and wide filter fabrics production unit in Portugal.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electromechanical engineering, with a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role. A good command of English is required, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all maintenance-related activities
- Supervising a team of maintenance technicians
- Approving preventive maintenance plans and corrective maintenance interventions
- Ensuring maintenance work is completed within timelines and meets quality standards
- Supporting the Production Department in analyzing root causes and implementing solutions
- Implementing Continuous Improvement actions in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical production processes
- Performing functional analysis of devices and machines during approval phase
- Interacting with other technical teams
