Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Web Product Implementation Specialist to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for communicating with advertisers and internal teams via various channels, including phone, email, chat, and video conference.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to customers on how to use our products.
- Establish strong communication skills with customers and colleagues, displaying enthusiasm and a desire to succeed.
- Deliver high-quality service to customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures.
Requirements
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
- Basic knowledge of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS/CSS3.
- Understanding of CMS platforms at UI level (WordPress/Shopify/Wix/Joomla) or similar.
- Technologically capable to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that don't necessarily follow a standard template/process.
- Experience working in a B2B environment, online advertising, or ad product experience.
- Strong communication, customer service, relationship management, troubleshooting, and support skills.
