Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Content Policy Expert to join our team in Lisbon. As a Content Policy Expert, you will work closely with our Quality Assurance Leaders to identify and prioritize top issues impacting decision accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Quality Assurance Leaders to identify and prioritize top issues impacting decision accuracy
  • Deliver training to auditors on new or changing content policies
  • Audit decision accuracy and review audits to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards
  • Mentor agents on the use of quality tools and systems
  • Develop process documentation and aggregate feedback about quality tools

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Norwegian (ideally native)
  • Experience in Quality Analyst role (at least 1 year in BPO environment)
  • Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Technologically savvy with ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process, policy
