About Blu Selection, a multinational organization offering sales and customer service solutions. We have a job opening for an AI Content Reviewer, a challenging position that requires strong language skills and attention to detail.
The role involves reviewing chatbot messages to ensure they comply with policies, classifying content into different typologies, and ensuring user and brand safety. The ideal candidate will have a native level of Dutch and good English skills, be motivated and committed to their work, and have excitement for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
A valid Portuguese work permit or passport allowing work in Portugal is required. The contract is long-term fixed-term, renewable every year with a permanent contract after two years. Working hours are full-time (40h/week), with rotative shifts from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00.
You will receive a meal voucher of €154 net/month, paid on a card to spend in restaurants, cafeterias, and supermarkets, as well as other benefits including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), reimbursement of initial flight expenses after three months, help with paperwork and opening a bank account, and free Portuguese lessons and social events.
