About the Role:As an LQA Lead, you will be working closely with the PM and LQA Tester to coordinate the LQA process, assign and manage LQA testers, and provide feedback and training to ensure quality standards are upheld.
Responsibilities:- LQA Process Development: Develop and refine LQA processes, tools, and guidelines to improve efficiency and quality over time.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, document, and track localization issues, coordinating with relevant teams for fixes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the PM and LQA Tester to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient issue resolution.
- Experience leading LQA teams;
- Fluency in English and another language;
- Degree in a relevant field;
- Familiarity with CAT tools;
- Availability to work on-site;
- Passion for gaming and geek culture.
