Cross Border Talents is hiring a Trilingual Aviation Support Specialist to join their team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to airline customers in Portuguese. Our company is one of Portugal's leading airlines, known for its commitment to excellence and connection with the world.
To excel in this role, you must have fluent spoken and written European Portuguese, as well as C1 proficiency in Italian and B1-B2 proficiency in English. You will work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational basis, which requires relocation or commuting options.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer support via phone and email in Portuguese
- Resolving complex customer issues and answering questions related to airline services and products
- Assisting with inquiries regarding the frequent flyer program
- Managing customer processes, including updates on ongoing cases
- Logging all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Handling offline tasks, including forms, emails, and tickets
- Meeting or exceeding productivity targets
- Escalating any critical customer issues when necessary
The work schedule will be 40 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. You will be based at the TP Tejo building, conveniently located near Oriente Metro Station in Lisbon. Comprehensive training will cover customer service skills, product knowledge, and system usage.
