About the RoleThis role involves working closely with the paper sourcing team to evaluate, develop, and manage external suppliers' performance in Paper Sourcing. Key responsibilities include:
- Supplier Development: Work with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance their overall performance.
- Business Reviews: Participate in regular business reviews with suppliers to discuss performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and agree on action plans.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on supplier performance, including financial and operational metrics.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to supplier performance, and provide insights to inform decision-making.About You
