Job Description:

Richemont is a leading luxury goods company with a rich history of style, quality, and craftsmanship. As a Salesforce C360 Service Cloud QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Client engagement solutions and applications to its prestigious Maisons.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive testing strategy for the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
  • Manage the offshore testing team to execute test plans and test cases.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to write test cases.
  • Plan and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
  • Implement non-regression testing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on testing activities.
  • Experience with test automation tools and performance testing.
  • Work with developers to resolve issues and improve system quality.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Experienced in Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
