As an E-Commerce Manager, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal by developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that drives online sales and revenue growth.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. They will be responsible for managing the website, overseeing web development and design, curating and organizing product listings, and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. They will also have a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Serenity Spa
Manage the website, including web development, design, and content updates
Curate and organize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing content updates
Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on the Serenity Spa website

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within wellness, cosmetic, hospitality, or luxury retail sector
Proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
