**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Help Desk, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and maintaining positive relationships with end-users.

 

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the Help Desk team, ensuring timely response to end-user inquiries and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve Help Desk efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems.

 

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT leadership role, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and quality of service.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common application software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
