We are looking for a seasoned Senior Real Estate Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
If you have a passion for hospitality and luxury residential development, this is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a leading organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Development Manager to develop projects within the Hospitality and Premium Residential sectors.
- Support procurement, project marketing, and sales efforts, ensuring alignment with stakeholders to adapt the project as needed.
- Provide regular development and project reports (financial, timeline, quality, risk) for the team, senior management, and stakeholders.
- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including co-developers, development partners, and public entities.
**Requirements**
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate development, investment, or advisory companies, with experience in real estate project development, acquisition, and execution.
- Analytical profile with a passion for real estate and a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and drive for high standards.
- Experience and knowledge in hospitality and/or residential development, as well as urban planning, will be highly valued.
