Your Role

You will drive the core services of our platform, ensuring high-quality products and services. Your expertise will develop product features that directly drive revenue growth and navigate cost-value trade-offs to deliver value to customers at an appropriate cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement solutions that work well in multiple countries, considering local specifics.
  • Lead projects from concept to launch, working with temporary teams of engineers.
  • Raise the bar and drive the team to deliver high-quality products and processes.
  • Improve the performance and cost-efficiency of our ML models and pipelines at scale.
  • Maintain and monitor the ML systems owned by your team.
Our Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A product-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to user-facing products.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Hands-on experience writing clear, simple, and maintainable code.
  • A growth mindset, always continuing to learn and seeking new challenges.
  • Over 3 years of industry experience applying machine learning to solve business problems and writing production ML pipelines.
