We are seeking a Knowledge Graph Technical Leader to join our team at the Zendesk Group. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for the end-to-end delivery and operation of our Knowledge Graph.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered products that power our customers' knowledge bases. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure alignment with company strategy and shipping architecturally sound software at a regular cadence.
To succeed in this position, you must have refined prioritization skills, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience implementing distributed systems that serve content at web scale with high availability guarantees.
