About This Role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team at Gig Engineer. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating information models across key stakeholders for onsite work with a client based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and logical thinking skills, attention to detail, commitment, organisation, problem-solving, stress management, teamwork, and time management. They will also have 4-6 years of experience in modelling, drafting, design, and engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting remaining organisation departments, including Marketing, Commercial, and Human Resources.
  • Ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures to deliver consistent high-quality venue operations.
  • Reviewing technical documentation related to the project.
  • Preparing RFIs for the project, with support from engineers assigned to the project.
  • Developing and delivering technical reports as needed.
  • Attending technical/coordination meetings as needed.
  • Ensuring the modelling of 3D Models complies with constructability / engineering requirements, project requirements, and BIM Requirements.
