Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Tech Lead to drive forward our core mobile app. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mobile applications that focus on providing an excellent customer journey. Your codebase is primarily written in React Native, but we also welcome candidates with a background in iOS or Android.

The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating mobile apps with backend services and APIs, deploying mobile apps, and following app store guidelines. You will also possess core software engineering fundamentals such as TDD, SOLID, CI/CD, estimation, and backlog refinement.

As a team lead, you will be expected to motivate and guide a small software engineering squad, ensuring delivery targets are met while leading by example in designing and developing clean, efficient, and well-documented mobile apps. Our agile software engineering environment requires active participation in Scrum ceremonies to guarantee successful project outcomes.
