About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of our operations in the event of disruptions or crises.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and safeguard critical operations.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and business impact analysis (BIA) to prioritize critical processes.
  3. Lead and coordinate crisis response efforts, including testing recovery plans and conducting tabletop exercises.
  4. Work closely with IT Teams to integrate IT disaster recovery plans with business continuity strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Risk Assessment & Business Impact Analysis (BIA): Hands-on experience in identifying and assessing business risks, followed by the implementation of strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Plan Development & Implementation: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans for an organization of significant size.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
