Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Contract Management and Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on contract management and compliance, ensuring that our sales teams operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to develop and implement scalable legal solutions.
  • Provide high-level strategic advice on contract management and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive schedule management systems.
  • Support the RevOps team in seeking internal stakeholder approvals for contract modifications.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Law or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
