Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Careerxtra. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers in French and English via chat and voice channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers in French and English via chat and voice channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues using MySQL.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Professionally fluent in French both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong understanding of MySQL.
- Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage.
- Available to work in shift rotation - Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
- High school degree or equivalent (or higher).
