Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective procurement and purchasing activities
- Manage purchase planning by category
- Conduct prospecting, qualification, and evaluation of new suppliers
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers on variables such as prices, deadlines, requirements, and contractual conditions
- Develop negotiation and procurement strategies focused on finding new solutions and partners to optimize total cost ownership
- Responsible for reporting progress and results of purchasing processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Electrotechnics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar fields
- 6-8 years of experience in similar roles
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of ERPs (SAP)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Strong orientation towards results and processes
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
- Dynamism, proactivity, and team spirit
- Problem-solving skills and resilience
