Overview

We are a dynamic and experienced team looking for a strong technical leader to shape the future of our software development. As a Principal Software Engineer (Fullstack), you will be responsible for defining and providing technical guidance to our software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Architects to design and build applications, software components, integrations/interfaces, across all software business domains
  • Work with Quality Assurance to develop test cases, procedures, and plans
  • Mentor and coach software engineers, helping them grow from a technical standpoint and also leveraging their soft skills
  • Assess technology trends, fostering the adoption of best-of-breed technologies that will be used to create the applications to support business vision and strategy
