Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Italian Speaker

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant fluent in Italian and English to join our team in Porto. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing customs entry documentation, checking customs documentation, and contacting customers to provide missing information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment
  • Check if all customs documentation is completed correctly
  • Contact customers by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance
  • Ensure accuracy within a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian (at least a B2 level) and good knowledge of English
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment
