This role is part of the Corporate Finance department, which encompasses back-office, accounting, cash management, trade finance, finance controlling, consolidating, tax, project finance, and project controlling expertise.
You will join our Lisbon Team to financially manage a portfolio of 3 solar farms in Portugal.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure financial compliance with contractual and statutory obligations of the project company.
- Prepare quarterly reports for third parties, including comparisons with planned vs existing, rentability ratios, and cash schedules.
- Prepare internal monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring correct allocation between CAPEX and OPEX aligned with controlling reports.
- Manage cash flows by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
- Draft drawdown notices to credit lines related to each project in construction.
- Review business plans/forecast models to identify cost reduction opportunities.
