About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP System Analyst to join our team at Tn Portugal. As an ERP System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing business processes, creating functional specifications, and delivering solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design business processes to recommend and deliver solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our ERP system.
- Create functional specifications based on information elicited from business users.
- Participate in system-related business development projects.
- Provide training and support for Business Central users within the application.
- Create Business Central functional specifications for configuration, integration with third-party applications, and customizations.
- Produce documentation, training materials, and demonstrations for Business Central users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with MS Business Central or Dynamics NAV 2018.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Business Central modules and functionality.
- Experience in AL Coding strongly recommended.
- Experience in Git methodology.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in system integration and API/web services functionality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of SaaS Business Central architecture.
