Sales Development Representative RoleAs a Sales Development Representative at Flecto, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads for our sales team. This critical role bridges marketing and sales, focusing on creating opportunities through outbound outreach and lead qualification.
We seek a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives on challenges, enjoys speaking with prospects, and is eager to grow within a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers using various methods such as social media, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and determine their fit with our solutions.
- Outreach & Communication: Develop personalized outreach strategies through phone, email, and social media to connect with decision-makers and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate data for reporting and follow-up.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to better position our solutions.
- KPI Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for lead generation, meetings booked, and other key performance metrics.
We provide a $80,000 - $100,000 per year salary package, consisting of an attractive base salary with performance-based bonuses.
