We are seeking a highly skilled IT Risk Consultant to join our organization at Sensei.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and assess security risks, their impacts, and propose complementary measures to mitigate potential threats;
  2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT Risk Management framework to ensure alignment with industry standards;
  3. Develop and maintain reports, risk measures, and related management information to support informed decision-making;
  4. Evaluate and coordinate operational risk IT incidents to minimize their impact;
  5. Manage and maintain a comprehensive risk register to ensure accurate identification and assessment of potential risks;
  6. Perform thorough IT risk assessments on various topics, including security, production, third-party vendors, Shadow IT, and projects, to identify areas for improvement;
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor internal or external recommendations to enhance our risk management posture;
  8. Review and analyze firewall requests to ensure compliance with our security policies;
  9. Maintain and update our cyber procedures to stay aligned with evolving threat landscapes;
  10. Carry out regular cyber controls to detect and prevent potential security breaches.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field;
  2. 3-5 years of experience in IT risk management or cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success;
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and manage complex IT and cybersecurity risks;
  4. Knowledge of industry-standard risk management frameworks, including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT;
  5. Experience in firewall analysis and network security, with a solid understanding of relevant technologies and protocols;
  6. Ability to perform risk assessments in a variety of areas, including security, production, third-party vendors, Shadow IT, and projects;
  7. Familiarity with risk and incident management tools, such as GRC Tools and SIEM systems;
  8. Experience in creating and monitoring risk mitigation plans to ensure effective implementation;
  9. Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, and ISO 27001, to demonstrate expertise and commitment to professional development;
  10. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity procedures and controls, with a focus on maintaining a robust and secure environment.
