Junior Backend Developer

We're seeking a Junior Backend Developer to assist in creating systems that integrate data and interfaces for Digital Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy scalable applications.

• Develop and maintain backend systems for Digital Healthcare, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement features, and troubleshoot issues in existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
• Contribute to database design and optimization, and assist in developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices relevant to knokcare's technical landscape.

• 1+ years of experience working as a backend developer, ideally with Ruby on Rails.
• Basic understanding of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL, and familiarity with writing and optimizing queries.
• Knowledge in RESTful APIs structure and implementation.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Exposure to testing frameworks like RSpec and an understanding of automated testing practices.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an Agile team environment.
