Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will accelerate the development and adoption of Nestlé's social media and influence best practices across key Nestlé brands supporting business units, zones and markets.

You will support the adoption of Nestlé operating models as well as social media management and influencer tools, ensuring successful deployment of trainings and communication in collaboration with global and local digital marketing/e-business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Social Media Guidance ensuring continuous relevance vis-a-vis platforms and landscape evolution.
  • Lead continuous capability building across business units, zones and markets through trainings and communities, ensuring consistency with Sprinklr capabilities as well as integration with content studios' ways of working.
  • Lead the Influencer Marketing Framework, ensuring continuous refresh and relevancy.
  • Collaborate closely with global platform partners (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest etc.) to drive awareness and build capabilities.

Requirements

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist with:

  • More than 5 years in digital marketing/e-business working with big Nestlé/FMCG brands.
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing and brand marketing.
  • Successful experience in managing and leading launch/roll-out of projects.
  • Basic knowledge in content production.
