About the Team:
The Master Data Management team at Amgen plays a critical role in supporting the company's commercial operations. We are looking for a highly skilled Data Management Senior Associate to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of master data solutions.
The successful candidate will have experience in Pharma/Biotech data management, or computer science, and will be responsible for ensuring effective execution of business rules and accuracy of processes that enable data connectivity across key master data domains.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional data governance and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate Master Data for all commercial operations including field support, patient services, compliance, and supporting wider Business Units within the ACCP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of master data integrations that enable cross-functional data connectivity
- Effectively work with systems/tools to ensure integrity of master data connections & data quality
- Develop business requirements and data mappings that enable cross-functional data across the broader CD&A organization
- Communicate data/system related issues/updates to relevant partners
- Responsible for System and User Acceptance testing of related system and integration implementations
- Respond and resolve data inquiries from cross-functional stakeholders
- Troubleshoot data issues affecting downstream systems.
- Adhere to Compliance, Legal and Data Privacy guidelines and best practices
- Supporting ACCP continuous improvement activities
- Supporting local Data Stewards on their activities
