About the Role:
  • Maximize revenue from assigned customers through strategic account management and sales initiatives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey.
  • Stay up-to-date on iGaming trends and consult clients accordingly, positioning ourselves as industry experts.
  • Monitor client feedback and share insights with the Product team to inform product development and improvement.
  • Represent the company at iGaming events and exhibitions, fostering relationships and promoting our brand.
  • Regularly update the Head of Account Management on key metrics, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in iGaming, with a proven track record of success.
  • B2B account management expertise, preferably within a game provider environment.
  • Sales and business development skills, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • An in-depth understanding of iGaming trends and products, enabling effective consultation and advisory services.
  • Fluent English is required, with Russian proficiency being a significant asset.
  • The ability to handle Tier 1 customers and high-pressure situations, demonstrating excellent relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, numerical skills, and problem-solving abilities, informing data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive approach, self-motivation, and solution-oriented mindset, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a comfort level in ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
