Job Description:
We're seeking a driven Junior Product Owner to manage our backlog, support our team, define product cycles, craft playable requirements, prepare project planning, and enhance communication to ensure successful outcomes. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and improve continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be agile, applying principles from the Agile Manifesto
- Think creatively and challenge conventional thinking
- Develop product visions, breaking them down into smaller, incremental deliverables
- Collaborate with development teams, software architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and estimates, building delivery plans
- Plan projects and create roadmaps understandable by various audiences
- Maintain the product backlog, ensuring all development requests are well-defined and aligned with business needs
- Produce clear and concise user stories, incorporating acceptance criteria reflecting end-user needs
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of requirement development status
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact
- Understand software engineering processes like CI/CD and test automation
- Fuency in English required
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban methodologies
- Proactiveness and ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Perseverance and determination in overcoming obstacles
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Leadership with empathy
