Job Description

We are looking for a Jira Cloud Administrator to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the support on our Jira and Confluence Cloud instances, configuring and maintaining automations in Jira projects, and implementing and managing Atlassian plug-ins.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the support on Jira and Confluence Cloud instances
  2. Configure and maintain automations in Jira projects
  3. Configure and maintain Atlassian plug-ins
  4. Configure Confluence Spaces in Cloud
  5. Maintain Atlassian Cloud documentation
  6. Adapt Jira projects in Cloud according to business needs
  7. Help on the migration of Jira projects/Confluence Spaces from Datacenter to Cloud
  8. Perform backups and sandbox updates
  9. Support users

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business, IT or a related field, and ideally be Atlassian certified. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Atlassian Administration, with at least 1 year in Cloud, is required.
