Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Consultant to join our team in Lisbon. As a key representative of Mcr International, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with specialist physicians and healthcare professionals in the area.
Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities aligned with the company's comprehensive vision and provide appropriate services to generate added value in the account.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve account objectives, manage a budget allocated to the area, and stay informed about market developments and competition.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve account objectives by developing strong knowledge and relationships with various stakeholders
- Visit specialist physicians in your area, identifying opportunities in line with the company's current and future comprehensive vision
- Provide appropriate service to the business and generate added value in the account through collaborative, cross-functional, and holistic work
- Manage a budget allocated to the area
- Stay informed about market developments, competition, and potential
- Propose a list of attendees for symposia, congresses, and scientific events for specialists
- Responsible for updating, renewing, and classifying the medical database
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales representative with hospital products
- B2 level of English
- Residency in Lisbon or surrounding areas
- Work location: Southern Portugal and Madeira
- Willingness to travel
