About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management Engineer to join our IAM team at Farfetch. As a key member of our Information Security Department, you'll design, develop, and support the Identity & Access Management system, working closely with partners, systems engineering, developers, HR, application owners, and auditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, implement, and maintain new application connectors
- Create, maintain, and improve rules and workflows
- Support and maintain the IAM environment, handling tickets and incidents
- Build and customize the user interface, certification campaigns, forms, and reports
- Lead complex problem investigations and solution development for mitigation and prevention of future recurrence
- Document the design and configuration management of developed features and customizations
- Support audit and risk assessments by providing evidence either manually or through automation
Requirements
- Graduate of a program in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- +3 years in a similar position or in an IAM team
- Experience in IAM tools (Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Sailpoint IdentityNow, IBM Security/Tivoli Identity Manager, One Identity, CA Identity Manager, Omada Identity Suite, ForgeRock, NetIQ Identity Manager, Oracle IAM, Okta, etc.)
- Well-founded experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Certification process
- Working knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Java
- 2 years experience with Source Code management in Git
- Experience in configuration, development, and usage of Web Services APIs REST and SOAP (JSON/XML/RPC/HTTP)
- Understanding of identity & authentication standards/protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, FIDO2)
- Experience with Agile methodology Scrum or Kanban
- Team player with collaboration skills
- Experience in Active Directory and LDAP
- Experience managing semi-related authentication and access platforms is an advantage (SSO, MFA), Azure AD or GCP Identity Management, Sailpoint IdentityIQ, and PAM/PIM solution is an advantage
- Advanced English skills
