The company is looking for a Luxury Marketing Cloud Expert to join their team in Lisbon. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders from various departments to understand business objectives and processes specific to our luxury Maisons.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and configurations. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry, including its business processes, trends, and customer expectations, is highly valued.
You will conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes, gather and document functional requirements, and translate business needs into clear and concise specifications. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with business requirements.
This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will have experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
