Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, focusing on brand alignment, inbound lead generation, product marketing, and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role combines team leadership, marketing operations, and demand generation to support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns seamlessly with company objectives and delivers on revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation & Demand Generation: Develop and execute inbound lead generation strategies through paid and organic channels to attract, engage, and convert high-quality prospects.
  • Product Marketing & New Product Launches: Drive product success by developing go-to-market strategies for current and new products, crafting impactful messaging, and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and other resources to support the sales team's efforts.
Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally targeting SME audiences. Experience coaching and leading marketing teams within a B2B SaaS environment is a must.

Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns and Account Based Marketing with measurable success is also required.
