The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining complex mobile systems using Flutter, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient;
- Providing guidance and support to more junior developers, helping them grow and improve their skills while ensuring high-quality deliverables;
- Developing and enforcing coding standards for security, scalability, and maintainability, and conducting thorough code reviews to ensure consistency with design principles, system architecture, and best practices;
- Exploring and recommending new technologies to enhance the development process and system capabilities;
- Independently solving complex technical challenges and delivering effective solutions;
- Documenting the software design, architecture, and system components clearly;
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure systems are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
We are looking for someone with:
Requirements- An academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- A proven track record as a Senior Mobile Developer with strong expertise in Flutter (minimum of 3 years );
- Advanced knowledge of GetX;
- Expertise in unit and integration tests;
- CI/CD knowledge;
- A solid understanding of native Android and iOS platforms;
- Channel knowledge for native integration;
- A deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, and security;
- Strong skills in conducting code reviews and ensuring design consistency;
- Experience with mobile development tools, and a passion for exploring new technologies;
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills;
- Good communication skills in English (both speaking and writing);
- A passion for supply chain and logistics is a plus.
