Job Overview

Ryanair Ltd. is currently recruiting for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an SAP ECP Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Europe's largest airline group, which is looking to expand its operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next decade.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HCM payroll/ECP or equivalent payroll systems such as ADP/Globalview. In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax calculations, and integration between ECP Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translating customer design requirements and calculation rules in the payroll engine of SAP
  • Supporting the business with setup, adjustment, and management of company payrolls, ensuring operational stability in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Serving as a technical expert for SuccessFactors (SAP's Cloud Payroll solution ECP)
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a functional analyst for SAP HCM payroll/ECP or equivalent payroll
  • In-depth payroll process knowledge, including knowledge of tax calculations
  • Strong understanding of integration between ECP Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems
