**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Acord. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the development of construction projects across various sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze contracts and project plans to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish project strategies, re-budgeting, and setting key milestones.
  • Negotiate and select suppliers and service providers that meet project requirements.
  • Oversee detailed planning, manage technical information, and provide support for project execution.
  • Monitor project deviations and implement mitigation strategies.
  • SUPERVISE the quality of project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all required safety and health standards.
  • Coordinate subcontracted resources and facilitate communication with clients during project meetings.
  • Manage progress reports, financial schedules, amendments, and project dashboards.
  • Provide regular updates to management.

**Knowledge & Experience**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Architect and/or Engineer in similar functions (3-5 years).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer tools, particularly BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, plan, prioritize tasks, negotiate, and results-oriented.
  • Full-time availability and driving license.
  • Availability to travel to construction sites nationwide.
