**Job Description**In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and updating training material for investigator budget teams and site contract negotiators.
You will actively participate in high-level discussions about company goals, functional objectives and specific project aims.
Your expertise in global site budgeting will enable you to resolve complex issues and serve as an escalation point within the company.
You will propose site budgeting solutions to enhance negotiation strategy and ensure deliverables are met.
You will establish project strategies around investigator budget template development and/or budget negotiation parameters to reflect sponsor's specifications, communications and required processes.
You will initiate and introduce creative ideas and solutions, and develop detailed investigator grant budget estimates and country budget templates according to protocol specifications.
You will update these templates according to protocol amendment specifications, and work closely with internal stakeholders to draft, collaborate with Sponsor and harmonize investigator budget templates, investigator budget parameters and payment terms within Company processes.
You will ensure investigator budget templates are drafted and updated taking into consideration fair market value and key operational aspects.
You will establish strong working relationships and collaboration with Sponsor to ensure site budget templates fit into the global strategy set for the program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical trial budgeting and negotiations.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
