Each new joiner is supported by a nurturing management team, collaborative colleagues, and a clear career ladder with opportunities to grow, adapt, and shine.As a Medical Information and Adverse Event Intake Specialist with French and English language proficiency, you will be at the forefront of Patient Safety. You will perform key medical information call centre services, process safety and product quality information to help optimize the safety profiles of products across various therapeutic areas.This role involves daily direct contact with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and patients. You will receive and document incoming telephone calls, faxes, or emails from various sources, including investigative sites during regular weekday business hours.You will establish effective team communications, provide regular feedback to the local management team on project metrics, out-of-scope work challenges/issues, and successes. You will also build a positive, collaborative team environment with other Lifecycle safety team members.In this role, you will participate in training across Lifecycle safety service offerings, working groups as applicable in implementing new initiatives, identifying, and implementing process efficiencies.To excel in this position, you will require:- Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English (min C1) and French language (native/C2).
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages (Italian and/or Greek) min. C1 level.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills across our Lifecycle Safety service lines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy maintaining consistently high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously, organize own workload, and effectively manage competing priorities.
